Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel--real problem with the front desk I love this place--always clean, new, fresh, etc. The rooms and facilities are great. I've stayed MANY nights here since they opened. BIG issue, however, at the front desk. Every time I check-in, it seems a debacle. On my last visit, it took, literally, 20 minutes. I was with 2 other people, and the gentleman was on the phone and didn't acknowledge us. There was a person training, but she admitted she couldn't help. This happens every time I check in...seems a bit of a mess. Wish they would get it sorted out. Checking-in is the easy part! March 4, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay in Yakima. Wonderful location with excellent access to freeways I-82 and I-12 and Yakima avenue. Parking is secure and there is lots of it. Bed is comfortable and air conditioning/heating work well. The restaurant was sort of different as we had breakfast there and were never offered Coffee and getting served was a very long waiting affair. October 23, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Lack of Hotel Management I had reserved a room for my wife and I wedding night, The room I reserved was a king executive room, when we checked in and got to our room we saw that we were in a two queen size standard bedroom. We went to the receptionist and told there had been a mistake and we were in the wrong room, she then told us that there was no mistake because our room had been changed three days prior for reasons they could not explain and there was nothing they could do about it since they were booked. I asked if there was a manager I could talk to and the receptionist said she was out till monday and that I could call her then. I then informed the receptionist I was not staying there because they switched the room on us with no notifications of any sort, she said there was nothing she could do and would still have to charge us for the room anyways. I was quite upset by this because we had to pay for their mistake, I called the manager on Monday and it went straight to voicemail, I left her a message to call me back so we could tak about the situation, she never returned my call. I've called numerous times and every time it's gone to her voicemail. This experience has been horrible since they shorted me a couple hundred dollars and have had a lack of management skills.
