I have had excellent support from the staff in case of any problems relating to the room or internet connections.The hospitality of the staff has been excellent throughout my stay. The manager expecially has taken care of all my needs in the best posssible manner. The only neagtive point that I can think of is that the quality of food needs to be improved. April 18, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by need to improve Dears you have good things in your Hotel, like the foods and the rooms, that have a very good relation price-quality but neet to improve the following: - prices of the restaurant (too high) - no heating system in the rooms (really cold and unconfortable in winter) - AC extremly high (cold) in summer time - Dinner in the Swimming Pool area in winter even in windy days (really cold an unconfortable) Thanks and best regards, January 15, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Sufficiently comfortable and welcoming hotel. Good service. This is one of the three good hotels in Yanbu. In the city and away from industrial area. Negative point - Nothing to do around the hotel. You must have mobility if you stay in this hotel. Plus point - Comfortable rooms. Well appointed. The staff is friendly and welcoming. What is missing - Variety on menu for vegetarian guests. The restaurant offers good variety in non-vegetarian food. The taste is average but needs refining. Overall, can stay here again without hesitation. December 5, 2012
