Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Holiday Inn Yanbu My very frank opinion of the hotel is that it is a great place, stayed a number of days and the staff went out of their way to make the stay as good as possible. The only issue that I had that was a bit negative is the fact that the WIFI does not reach all the rooms equally and the quality of signal is not the best, which meant many try's to be able to get some large files or conversations going. Apart from this and the fact that the location is a bit out of the way, which in some instances is not a bad thing, was the only issues which could arise. February 23, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice service & friendly staff Amazing helpful staff when i arrived to the hotel I didnt have a prior reservation & unfortunately the hotel was full But the receptionist was keen to find for me a room specially, that I'm a frequent guest there & I waited for a while & he got for me a room as soon as I finished my welcome drink. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Over all experience I've stayed in this hotel for about 2 months.Everything is good here from staff they are very aproachable when need something and they will attend to you immediatly,food is good,everyday they have theme such as mediteranian,asian,italian,sea foods and variety of choices.Amenities is good and their services. You can relax and feel your in your own home. Upon checking out most of their employee who have known us especially in the Jasmine restaurant thank us and wish us a safe trip. When it comes to rewarding points for your stay, its not that good or automatically credited to your IHG Rewards club upon checking out. You need to follow up and send mail to them for your missing points. Me and my colleagues have missing points from our stay here since 8Jan~2Feb2014. I'm counting the days untill they credit my points to my IHG Rewards club membership. February 5, 2014
