1. I booked Holdiday Inn Incheon Songdo by 5,000 Bonus Point Package + Breakfast each day and stay 3 nights last week. This week I found my bonus point was collected only 5,000 points, no 15,000 point, and contacted this hotel. The hotel and Global Customer Care manager know something mis print on the website and reservation confirmation. Before I confirm my booking, I phoned to this hotel and he/she informed to me "5,000 Bonus Point Package + Breakfast each day"
Now you say to me "5,000 Bonus Point Package per stay" is right and should get only 5,000 point. If I know in advance, I should check in / out every day!
I am no Black Consumer. I want my Bonus Point.
2. No delicious food and nothing in breakfast.

Holiday inn Songdo is very nice hotel.
Room is clean and comfortable.
Specially, service of staff is very very excellent.
I wish the swimming pool will be made on the rooftop ASAP.
