Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 服务非常差劲 住了2年的洲际酒店,第一次遇到如此恶劣的服务态度,由于是积分换房,朋友入住,银川假日一位女销售经理打电话要求提供本人身份证,一会说是酒店规矩,一会说私人提醒,最后恼羞成怒叫嚣要取消我的会员。我想提醒银川假日和这位销售经理: 1、洲际集团对积分换房有全球统一规则,银川假日是否可以另立山头自立规矩? 2、正常的商务沟通请通过邮件,我不认识你,不需要你的私人提醒,更不要电话骚扰我。 3、作为一名成熟的销售经理,请不要随便威胁客人取消会员之类,这不是你能决定的。 October 9, 2014
