The staff has always been very friendly and helpful to us, from efficient check in/out to supplying forgotten toiletry items. The restaurant/bar service is also very friendly. October 8, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mom Ok for price. Hate it entering hotel with smokers posted just outside door. You have to hold your breath until you get in. After that everything is fine. they need to get the Big10 network being in Ohio. I couldn't watch the Ohio State game at the hotel. I had to leave the premises. October 8, 2014

The beds were nice, the guest rooms/lobby were cleaned, the bar area was average. The employees were very helpful and accommodating no matter if they were the front desk receptionist, the bartender, waitress, or the business office employees. Good service goes a long way these days, and for that I thank you! October 7, 2014
