Every member of the staff that I encountered starting with the manager on to the desk staff and housekeepers, was pleasant, cheerful, attentive, and eager to help. My experience was outstanding, rivaling that of hotels that are substantially more expensive. Not only would this hotel be my first choice when returning to Yuma, it would also be the deciding factor in a tossup between staying in Yuma or a different city. October 27, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful staff The bar and grill were very nice and the breakfasts excellent. The location is convenient. Having stayed here before we found the eastside room away from the I8 freeway much quieter. Unfortunately during our 3 night stay in room 323 we were awakened by noise from the long term guest in the room above between 2 and 5:30 AM the first night and 4 and 5:30 AM the next two. The room above is an accessible room and I suspect its floor is not carpeted but tile or wood. Regardless, its floor creaked loudly when that guest walked around and we could hear what sounded like noisy luggage or a desk chair rolling around. I am a very sound sleeper and it woke me up. After the first night the desk staff offered to change our room but we didn't want to relocate with no assurance that the next room would be quieter. In retrospect we should have. October 17, 2014
