Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Food and Tax Although there was good variety of food at the breakfast, there were hardly any vegetarian (hot) options available, which is rather disappointing. I took one crossiont one morning and was astonished to find meat inside it- this is TOTALLY unacceptable! Also, I found out that I had paid 15% and 5% tax in my room reservation, while my colleagues staying were not charged any tax. They told me that there is no TAX in China on hotel accommodation. When I raised this point to the hotel manager, she almost refused to accept my compliant but later gave me a slightly lower rate upon insistence from Chinese colleagues. If there is no tax in China, why customers are charged taxes- this is also totally unacceptable. I sincerely hope that HOLIDAY INN would take appropriate measures to correct these serious matters. Simple saying "sorry" is not enough! Please let me know what would you do to correct these two serious matters that I was disappointed with during my stay at Holiday inn. September 8, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room Facility Bathroom: a) Hair dryer is fixed to the wall, make it non-flexible for drying. b) Fixed shower heads, without flexible handheld shower heads. Room: a) Noise from neighboring rooms are easily heard. Closing of doors, kids running around, loud speaking guest. Room Service: a) Poor food preparation. Caesar Salad was soggy and oily.
