Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Restaurant Whenever using this hotel, I'm always appreciated for the hotel staffs great service. I can relax to say in every time. However, I feel to sad for the hotel restaurant ( 4/F Chinese restaurant ) staff service level. I have my favorite Chinese food, and I've enjoy to eat it whenever visit this restaurant. But when I ask the staff for this very nice food, just say - " MEIYO~".Repeating again, but " MEIYO~" without confiormation. I've strongly asked such staff to check the manager or kitchen, then finally ,I did eat for such great Chinese food at last. No one want the typical Chinese local service level in Holiday inn. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 員工服務流程有待加強 由於先前對貴酒店的印象好,故再入住! 但本次因有其他房客退房,誤報房號,導致客房服務人員連續兩次敲本人房門,以為本人已退房! 貴飯店為全球五星級酒店品牌,對於房客誤報房號應有一定的應對程序, 但為何會犯如此錯誤? 以至於前台人員又打來確認,還誤認本人姓名,當初登記入住的資料是虛應了事? 這種錯誤本來應該在本人第一次反映時,即可避免,前台人員即刻清查本人房號及登記資料,即可查出是否為某人代訂,前台人員的教育訓練亟需加強! 雖然後續酒店大堂副理來電表示歉意,並敬贈水果,而本人也陳述本人立場,但IHG大中華區高層管理人員應注意此等問題。同時,本人寫這麼多意見,也無任何益處,也有待加強! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Patchy The good points are the clean comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Good manager. The bad points are some refurbishment going on during my stay , very noisy hammering noise. Company should warn guests or move to quite rooms. Offered the last option to me after complaining 3 times. The food is the worst I have had in a hotel by far. Very well presented buffet but some food cold. Tasteless , some rubbery and tough. Juices taste like squash . No wonder they are mostly empty. It's a shame really could have been a great hotel to stay in. June 9, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Little Comfort, Little Rest This was an overall awful stay. Let me count the ways: 1) The first night I encountered a mosquito in my room. After being awoken by 2 bites and buzzing near my ear, I called to the front desk and they sent someone who sprayed bug spray and left a mosquito repellent. I woke up an hour later to find the mosquito buzzing around so the front desk moved me to another room. 2) Second room was very large executive room and more importantly, with no mosquitoes! But the problem was that somewhere between 2 AM when I finally got to sleep and 6 AM when I awoke, the air conditioning broke. I woke up in sweat as the room temp was up to 26 degrees! 3) Second evening after I'm back to the hotel from the factory, I notify the front desk about the air con problem. They send someone to fiddle around with the air con keypad. The person brings me over to the vent so i can feel the air con flowing out. The only problem is that it is barely flowing any air at all!! They say the problem is fixed, I say it is not fixed but they can't understand my english. 4) Second morning I wake up with the room being 24 degrees when I wake up. WOW, that air con really worked in getting those 2 degrees cooler in the room!!! (that's sarcasm by the way). 5) Second morning I wake up I also have another bug bite (my 3rd by the way), but this time on my finger. This is not a mosquito bite and I still do not know what may have bitten me. Thankfully I was checking out so I did not have to endure another night in this wretched hotel. This wasn't my first time at this hotel as I've visited Zhuhai multiple times previously, but I believe it was my last stay at this hotel. May 23, 2014

We are Canadians that are doing some business in the local area so we need accommodation for 10 to 12 days a month. We find the staff very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The food is also fitting for our needs while we are here and find it very good. We will be very using this facility going forward. May 10, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by An average property which needs upgrading Hard to believe that this is the best hotel around in Zhuhai. Hope the St.Regis property comes up soon. Gold Elite members are not recognized here at all. No upgrades were forthcoming too. Surprisingly, the carpets looked cleaner than the last time around and the bathrooms too. Food and Beverage is not up to the mark. The waitresses during breakfast time are so disinterested in serving patrons. April 28, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel to stay in Zhuhai Was on business trip for 2 days in Zhuhai & stayed in this hotel. Exterior looks pretty nice. Room is really spacious with good view from the window. Quiet at night so had good rest for my 2 nights' stay. Reception counter staff were friendly and were able to communicate in English very well. There's a big shopping mall within 5min walking distance so quite convenient if go shopping. The only drawback for my experience might be the Concierge service. I received unconcerned response from him when I was trying to ask his help to get a taxi for me... Overall, a good hotel to choose if you are staying in Zhuhai April 25, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 整体感受较差 这是我入住过的最差的一家假日酒店了。 酒店的地段还不错,但看不到明显的标示,不容易找到。 由于是我是积分兑换的住宿,前台告诉我无早餐,也只有双床房可以住,而且不提供免费网络,我在兑换时也没有得到这样的信息。 整个酒店从大堂到房间都弥漫着一股霉味,让人感觉很不舒服。房间虽然很大,但设施较少。 这个酒店让人感受不到其他假日酒店的那种氛围,不符合假日酒店的定位。相比较我后续在香港的假日快捷酒店的体验,简直判若云泥。 总体感觉这不是一家值得入住的假日酒店。 April 21, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Hotel in Zhuhai for business traveler I have found IHG has better facilities in other parts of the world but when it comes to staying in Zhuhai I have found this to be the best property that caters to North American people. The Staff is very accommodating to make you feel welcomed, the rooms and food was above my expectations. I know they are working towards some renovations for updates but the rooms were very acceptable. One item that I would comment on is that the carpets in the rooms could use more attention to cleaning but I have brought this to their attention so expect this will be addressed before my next visit. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 绿色环保意思到位的酒店 周末入住,先说好的地方,酒店的绿色环保意识很到位,从一个细节可以看出,牙刷和牙膏分开包装,剃须刀和剃须膏也分开包装,这个在很多经济型酒店都有看到但是在洲际集团内部是第一次见到,值得赞许肯定! 再说说不足的地方,门童很热情,前台尚可,餐厅服务也不错,但是楼层的服务员就有差距了,见到客人完全视而不见,其实不一定要问候,点头微笑一下也可以啊。希望以后能够改进! 安排的房间不错,房内设施整洁及状态都很OK,早餐内容丰富! March 22, 2014

This one is the only international chain in town, and its quality is considerably inferior than other Holiday Inns in other cities. The room is actually quite spacious, but the main problem is the smell -- from many years of exposure to smoking in the room, and probably other things. While one entire wall is windows, none of it can be opened even for a little slice, so you are canned in with the irritating smell. The hotel does have smoke-free floors, but the for the four days we stayed there, not a single room was available on any single day -- they clearly need to designate more smoke-free rooms. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 假日酒店并非假日酒店 对于该次入住珠海假日酒店对酒店的不管从设施、服务态度都非常的不满意。 酒店天预订好的,入住当天上午有询问过并且确认最晚到店时间,并且告知该酒店一定会入住,但是沟通过后,又打电话问我们是否要入住。之前这个是确认过的。再次询问不免让人觉得很不可靠。 办理入住手续,这个假日酒店是我见过服务态度最差的,由于预定该酒店有两天是用积分免费换取的,入住前我并不知晓积分换取入住只能兑换双床房,到店告知,我可以理解,但是前台办理入住人员的态度极差,并告知这个就是规定,没有耐性告知是怎么回事,并且语气也非常的不好。 入住,该酒店建立的非常早了,设施算和装修风格比较陈旧,房间还算大,空调不管冷风热风,一律冷风。床垫舒适感不强。 总之,该次入住非常不满意。所以假日酒店f非假日酒店,原以为洲际集团出品都不差,但是非常的失望。 February 13, 2014
