Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 7 day stay I use IHG hotels globally on a regular basis for business activities and to be honest I found this Zilina H-I as comfortable as any other I frequent. On this occasion my wife and I were in Slovakia for "relaxation" after a very hectic schedule throughout 2014, the area in and around Zilina provided just that "relaxation" and this was complemented by the hotel. As we stayed over the New Year the place was extremely busy but the staff coped very well and never let the hectic period overawed them,. They remained polite and efficient throughout our weeks stay. We would have no hesitation returning back. January 7, 2015

Nice and clean rooms, but the smell throughout the hotels from the kitchen to the ground floor. Shabby parking and some poor staff degrade this otherwise good hotel. December 8, 2014

Die Zimmer sind auf den ersten Blick schön, aber im Detail fast schon renovierungsbedürftig. Teppich und Polster mit Brand- und sonstigen Flecken. Im Badezimmer fehlte die Dichtung der Duschwand (nicht nur in einem Zimmer), sodass man sehr leicht Gefahr läuft, es zu überschwemmen. Pegel der Außengeräusche im Zimmer recht hoch. Hat mich persönlich aber nicht gestört. Die Parkplatzsituation ist unbefriedigend. Insgesamt deutlich zu teuer für das, was man bekommt. December 8, 2014
