Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding Customer Service Experience I have been staying at the Holiday Inn Atlanta Airport North for some times 1 - 2 times/month over the past 2 years. The Property is clean and well maintained after a recent renovation. But what makes this property outstanding and one that I chose every time I come to Atlanta, is the outstanding staff. They remember me, greet me, housekeeping and maintenance are efficient, friendly and expeditious. But one Individual is the Accounting Manager Barbara M. When I come to Atlanta every Month, we usually know the dates of those meetings a month or two in advance. This Month the dates changed at the last minute and I forgot to call and make appropriate ad; so I would have had to potentially pay for a night that I wasn't there. I checked in after business hours so one of the outstanding ladies at the front desk handed Barbara M's card to me and said to give her a call and hopefully she could help me out. I called the next day - with a bit of angst about the possibility of paying for an extra night (totally my oversight), and Barbara not only set my mind at ease, but she adjusted my reservation as a one time favor because I am a loyal customer. I can't thank her enough and hope you will pass along my thanks and my sincere commendation for going above and beyond to help me with my situation. She fixed it on the spot and in a timely manner - and she did so with kindness, and grace and wonderful warm hospitality. Barbara is one of the reasons I choose this property and will continue to do so. On a final note - my colleagues all stay across the street at another property - and I will continue to stay here - despite a little extra effort on my behalf - it is well worth it to me!!! The hotel receptionist assisted with reserving us a room for the price that I viewed online. We checked in with no problem and LOVED the accommodations. The breakfast buffet was one of the best that I've had even after traveling in and throughout Europe Thank you for everything! KLS June 17, 2016

The only thing that would have made this an excellent stay would've been some type of continental breakfast (fruit/granola bars) and free coffee (outside of the Keurig K-cups offered in the rooms). I would definitely stay here again if I had an early flight to catch at the airport. June 13, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Kept Secret You will want to stay at this hotel if you are in the ATL area. Don't let the outside appearance or area fool you. This Holiday Inn on the inside is top notch. I was greeted by 3 wonderful ladies, CaTedra, Chrissy and Marquita, all who smiled and were attentive to not only me, but the other customers waiting in line. They rung a bell once they noticed that I was a Club member and all greeted me. They were highly customer service oriented. If you go to the bar, make sure that you are there when Calvin is bartending. He will engage you in conversation and make sure that he thanks you for coming in while taking care of you. Some of the customers were repeat stays and he not only did he know them by name, they knew him. .The rooms here are nice, clean and roomy. The workout facility was nice as well. This is a great hotel, staff were super friendly, nice restaurant and bar--the ONLY problem was the parking lot is too small, it was over-filled when I was there, every single spot taken, and DOZENS of cars double-parked in the lanes between spots. Since they charge twelve dollars a day for parking make sure you can actually park there first before checking in!! June 7, 2016
