Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful pool and landscape and great service The outside landscape was so beautiful with plenty of palm trees etc. I felt like I was in Florida. It was such a beautiful scenery for when I was laying out around the clean and very modern pool. The gentleman that was at the front desk was so personable and kind. He really set a great first impression for the motel. I love the location. There were several good places to eat near the motel. I will consider staying again. July 24, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor attention to problem at check-in First room stunk of cigarette smoke. Asked to be moved. We waited about 15 minutes, and I went down to the front desk to see if they had found us another room. The clerk who was supposed to be handling this was chatting with another person and had not begun to see what was available. Got right on it when I complained. Second room stunk of cigartette smoke. I asked if they put a charge on the tenants card, as is policy. Was told they would never do that, but "Hope they caught the guy"??? Was told the third room was more spacious. It was actually smaller and so poorly configured that my wife and I were occasionally bumping into each other while moving around. No vanity/sink in bathroom in either of the rooms. The vanity is in the hallway, and is the size of a tiny wet bar. No room for anything. We paid full price, and expected better accomodations and service. We like Holiday Inns, but will not return to this one. No sign on the road. Drove by a couple of times before I saw the hotel about a block from the main road. Fred July 23, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Tolerable but Frustrating This reservation was for a quick one night stay for a team attending a local camp. The team arrived approx. 11pm at night, they received their room assignments. One group opened their door to walk in to a room that had lights on with beds unmade. Upon returning to the desk to advise of the findings, they received another room which was fine except fro the masking of smoke smell in a non-smoking room. By this time is was midnight. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by business I got 2 rooms for one night stay, one room was fine except missing alarm clock. The other room was missing the remote, the fridge did not keep our beverages cold and no hot water the morning we tried to take shower. The breakfast was not free and I was not going to pay for 5 people to eat there. overall the beds were comfortable. we were put next to hall so everytime someone got ice, a soda or went out exit door we heard the noise. The staff were very nice and helpful esp. Leonard. It was an ok stay but i would have been very upset if I had paid full price for these rooms with the issues. Still waiting on the 600 points to be added to my card 300 per room according to front desk??? June 30, 2015
