This is my third visit to the holiday Citystar & every time I face the same difficulties at your Windows Restaurant . Last visit I complaint about the same issue not having sufficient staff to serve the customers & the manager promised me to solve this issue however sadly to inform you this problem still exist.
You need to look for someone to serve you some coffee & I wasn't able to find any one to help, then I found one & requested coffee from him and left without coming back.
I spoke to a staff from the restaurant complaining about the service & he said sorry the staff haven't report to work yet, the time was 7:45am.
I spoke also to the manager of the restaurant Mr. Ahmad & I got unacceptable answer.
I hope you look after your people & after the services because it doesn't meet the standard of IHG.
I suggest to have the tea and the coffee on a table so we can have self service will be much better and faster.

I have stayed in the USA in several locations as Holiday Inn Somerset Woodbridge , Holiday Inn George Washington Bridge and Holiday Inn Parsipany , and other holiday Inn locations in the united states whom I do not remember all of which are incomparable with the 5 stars Holiday Inn Citystars as all other locations in USA was a 3 stars hotel serving food completely different than the one served in Holiday Inn city stars . further more the only 5 stars holiday Inn that I have stayed at in europe was Holiday Inn Sofia Bulgaria which is incomparable with Holiday Inn citystars as well and the food served is incomparable as well
In addition the front desk staff are very decent and friendly where their first concern is the guest
satisfaction which is an indication of competent front desk manager and competent Assist. front desk manager as well and and the guest relations staff with whom I had a short conversation are very knowledgeable and fully aware of the IHG rewards program which is an indication of competent guest relation manager who had taught them . I think that the hotel general manger and his deputy exerted a great effort for selecting the front desk manager , the Assistant front desk manager and the guest relation manager by whom all the front desk staff and the guest relations staff are responsible. The breakfast buffet is very rich which exceeds any other buffet in other 5 stars hotels chains I had never found such food quality in any other Holiday Inn I had stayed in. I highly recommend this hotel for all visitors more than any other hotel.

i used to stay in this hotel holiday inn city star since their first soft opening and due to its location it is very comfort for me for my business in Cairo
although there are two other hotels in the same complex but i found out the atmosphere in this hotel they let you feel you are at home with your family and friends
