El Hotel Holliday Inn Cartagena Morros, merece ampliamente mi recomendación, sin embargo, considero que la calidad de los alimentos y bebidas, no van acorde al precio que cobran por ellas. deben de reducirlos, o aumentar la calidad y volumen de las mismas. El personal del hotel, es de los más amable, atento y procura siempre al turista.

Overall my hotel experience was excellent especially the food and services. I only have two complaints:
The first being that upon check-in I was told that I would be charged the full amount of my stay per company policy, however when I reserved the room on-line it stated, clearly, that I would be charged for the first night stay and would pay the remainder upon check-out. This full charge on check is apparently not the policy as another gentleman next to me checking out was paying for his stay at the end. I do not appreciate any discrimination or inconsistencies in policy.
Secondly, despite the privacy sign / do not disturb sign, being hung on the door. A staff membered entered the room and placed a letter on the bed advising I could call for service. I feel that the note should have been slipped under the door as per the request of privacy.

From check-in to check-out, the service provided at the Holiday Inn Cartagena Morros was exceptional. The receptionist was able to change our room to one with a single bed after the first night as she promised. Room service botched our order but the Kitchen Manager personally came up to apologize and make sure that we were satisfied. All in all, the staff was very professional and helpful. Even for the breakfast buffet, the Maitre' D made sure that we got what we needed to meet our special dietary restrictions.

I already wrote about three restaurant employees. Moises, Manager and Marlon and Robinson, waiters. They were great during my stay. Truly made the holiday inn Moros expericence a 10.
I hope that this is communicated to these 3 individuals that they do an EXCELLENT JOB REPRESENTING THE HOLIDAY INN HOTEL CHAIN.

One of my business partners and I enjoyed a stay at the hotel. Room quality was high. The ocean side view was enjoyable. The beer was (generally) cold. A good trip
