I was only at the hotel for two nights, but it seemed like the staff was completely overwhelmed and unprepared for the number of guests. Each time I went to the front desk to check in, ask a question, etc., there was usually only 1 person and several people waiting in line. On top of that, the 1 person behind the counter didn't seem to have any sense of urgency. I expect better for the rate we were paying.

Im an AA flight attendant, and I came to the hotel at last min and the staff and manager were sooo nice and accomidated me at a decent price. I recommend all my fellow crew members to book a room with yall when visiting CRP! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!
