Overall, everything was good. However, I do have a few complaints. (And I guess this is normal). Poor lighting. To be able to read, I had to turn on EVERY light in the room in order to have sufficient lighting. No microwave! Then I learned that a guest has to rent one if they want the use of a microwave!!! Also, the Holiday Inn website advertises FREE Continental breakfast. At this particular Holiday Inn, a guest has to PAY for it!!! Sorry, but even though I did sleep good, I still have to voice my complaints.

Hotel staff was awesome! I stayed at this hotel as this is where we were having our annual conference. Everything and everyone exceeded my expectations!

This is a very nice property. I had an early morning flight out of DFW so decided to spend the night here. The hotel is fairly new and everything is in good condition. The lobby and restaurant is fresh and nice looking. The room was very comfortable, with everything being in good condition and clean. They also offer a free shuttle service to nearby DFW Airport was which great for catching my flight. The only downside is there's not a lot to do in the nearby area, just offices and a few fast food restaurants. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great value near DFW Airport.

With the exception of the "Breakfast Included" mistake by the hotel staff, this is a great hotel very clean, comfortable and peaceful surrounding. Close to the airport without any of the noise.

The people who served us at happy hour were kind and attentive, but the time it took for food preparation was very long. They worked so hard, but the facility seems understaffed. Both food and beverage service took a long time.
