Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Management I left a pair of pants hanging on the bathroom door that were brand new with the tags still on them. Called three hours I left the property to ask them to hold them, they said they would look for them and they would call me back, had to call them a total of 8 times over two days before they said they found them. Manager said he would mail them to me and it has been three weeks and still haven't received them. I have called five times and ask to speak with a manager and nobody will return my call. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Manament Left brand new pair pants (still had tags on them) hanging in the bathroom door. Realized it about two hours after I left, called three times that day and five times the next day before anyone would talk to me about them. They finally found the paints and said they would mail them back but it has been a month since I last talked to them. Have left them numerous messages but no one will call me back. Staff is terrible, they say they will call you but never do. Will not stay their again. S Bates April 13, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Decibel levels in room. I know the building is not at fault, but I practically "live" in hotels because of my job. The night of April 6 will remain in my memory as a "nightmare." The street noise level was very bothersome. I know the staff is not at fault. But it might be a lack of law enforcement. In all, I believe I should be given credit for my stay that awful night. Thank you. April 10, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by no comment It was late and I was tired and hungry when i checked in...aI asked if there were snacks. She indicated over to the right...I went to look and there were frozen entrees. I aksed if there were microwaves int the room and she sad "no" but I could use the microwave down there. I was too tired. I went on to my room and there was a microwave AND a fridge! ugh...oh well April 8, 2016
