Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Vacation Location This hotel is situated just off the 95/295 Interstate granting quick access to all area attractions. It's clean, roomy and most importantly, it's in a very, very safe neighborhood. The front desk clerk, Josie, was extremely helpful and very courteous. We had a great local get-away in a terrific hotel. We will be back! January 4, 2016

Our stay was fine but we prefer a Holiday Inn Express where the breakfasts are better and included. January 2, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by I Stay here monthly and this was my worst experience to date I stay at this hotel at least once a month for my son to train for his sport. I have never had a bad experience until this last visit. First, we got to our room and the thermostat did not work. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up. No one came. At all. My son happened to be under the weather with a stomach bug and fell asleep. So, I did not call again because I did not want him to be woken up. The next morning, when I went down to get my son some milk for his cereal, the heat was on and was stifling hot in the hallway. Mind you, it was well into the 80s that day. In the middle of the night, I fell ill with the same bug. I called and asked for a late check out as I was in a seriously bad condition. As an IHG member and on a Sunday, I expected this to be no problem and anticipated that I had until 1pm. I was offered 11:30 - 30 extra minutes. I get better treatment in places I never stay and as a non-member. I told the front desk person that I was sick and could I have longer. She offered noon. I finally asked to have until one and was allowed to do so begrudgingly. One of the other families who stayed from our school was given the same treatment. Other families stay in different hotels in the area, but I return to this one as I have always been treated well. This may now change and I will explore other options. December 31, 2015
