Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lack of Customer Service Property is in desperate need of repair, improvement. Walked into room and it was very drab with dated furnishings and peeling wall paper. Room was not up to usual IHG expectation. Asked for an upgrade as Spire member and was told "Not this time" by front desk. Was told hotel was booked. Went on IHG site and there were plenty of rooms on Executive floor available. Asked for a room with fridge and was told they would have to locate one and bring to room. Gave up and completed the 4 night stay. Have business in LA for 10 man weeks in July and will not stay at this property. Their loss. April 19, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel Happy with my stay. Only complaint is that when I booked the rooms, it wasn't evident that breakfast was NOT included. Consequently, I paid for the buffet. The buffet was adequate, but not worth the price charged. Overall though, nice place to stay. I would recommend this hotel. April 19, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by front desk nightmare The front desk workers at this hotel are rude and obnoxious and rude, ihg contacted the hotel for me, the manager called and apologized and gave us 10000 points , and all was well again, went next am to extend and was told they would no longer allow us to stay at there property for unknown reasons April 15, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Popcorn Ceilings...REALLY? The hotel Staff was very accomodating, however the dated feel and comfort of the rooms was unnerving. The ceilings still had the 70's Popcorn texture and the drapes on the windows had wear holes where the light would come through. April 5, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Stay Overall this was a comfortable stay. The carpets look like they are ready to be replaced and there was mold in shower. We have stayed here other times as well. Do some minor refurbishments to rationalize the price. April 4, 2016
