Good hotel, recognised as a Spire member. Rooms a bit small and location is further from T5 than some of the other HIs at Heathrow. Overall good experience for a one-night stay.

We were in England for 11 days.........this was the worse hotel we stayed in. Terrible sleeping. The hotel is set a a temperature that someone else likes..........no air conditioning! None!
Also, tried to print my plane ticket. It took an hour and exhaustive help from the front desk to get only one of their computers to work. Then, because of a weakly printed strip on the scan lines, it was rejected at the airport and I had to go back and get a new ticket.
Restaurant was good and location is close. But not worth the aggravation of the printing or the hot room!

A bit of a bad start with rather uncommunicative reception staff and having to change room due to faulty toilet flush... but thereafter things calmed down and I had a quiet and untroubled sleep

As I said in the earlier survey the staff are most courteous and professional but somehow I feel the rooms and corridoors are looking a little old.
It needs to be refurbished to make it more attractive and give it a fresh appearance..

horrible and disgusting language used by the manager... was shocked to hear " we could have kicked you out in middle of the night " just because there was a extra person in the room.

The hotel is high quality in services and yet very convenient when one needs a night at Heathrow Airport.

Very expensive, no free wi-fi, no free shuttle to the airport. My room had stained towels and a broken phone. The elevator was broken and the vending machine was broken. The restaurant food was not very good.
