Looking for food service was a bit of a joke, the bar especially was very evident as there was one person trying to fill the drinks and another drying the glasses while there is a line waiting for drinks!
The restaurant was just as lost, the servers were there to only serve food, not actually take orders!
They don't bring your dry cleaning back to your room, you have to go get it from reception. This is at 7pm, late enough in the evening to run the rounds and drop it off in the rooms.
The Garmin satnav found the location but had to use Google Maps just to bring the car to the front entrance and into the car park, which if you arrive late at night can get full in this small lot.
Everything else was OK but they need some tweaks.

The reception staff are always fantastic. The greeting is always warm and cheery and a great feeling of quality reception. The staff will go out of their way to address any issues/concerns/requests that are raised.
The staff at the bar and area I use for evening meals, are also first class - friendly and always a great service.
Please pass on my thanks to all of the staff.
