Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 They did not have my reserved room. You would think after reserving a specific type of room, and confirming twice that it would be available, but no. The gentleman behind the desk was very cavalier about not having my room, he didn't show any concern and was smirking. Bottom line they didn't honor their reservation met another guy beside the pool and the same thing happened to him. In the future Holiday Inn will not be my first choice.. They didn't even give me a different rate for a lesser room. Not satisfied Henry February 4, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Leisure Stay * More attention to cleaning the rooms is required, it's probably a good thing the hotel is in the process of being remolded. * Training needs to take place so staff member know how to handle guests. On the positive side, the manager of the hotel was very nice to speak with, she listened to what the issues were, did not make excuses and was understanding. January 21, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Will not return until renovations I see that the hotel is under renovations to a portion of the hotel and will not consider returning until I am informed that renovations are complete and that any reservation will be in the renovated rooms. I visit the area once per week throughout the year. 35-50 visits per year) I have stayed at this property 3-4 times to allow for a fair evaluation(even though my observations were disappointing from the start). The property is the most convenient to my work location and I appreciate having a dining option on property-however, the overall quality of the hotel and food service is poor. January 18, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff is A finishes need serious attention The staff here is amazing. The lobby and common areas are gorgeous, however, the rooms leave things to be desired. The bed, bedding and furniture were in great condition, comfortable and clean. The rug, ceilings and wall coverings were horrendous. The rid looks to be 10-15 years old and piling in high traffic areas. The were clean, to the best of a vacuums ability, and they were still grungy. It was so bad, that I wouldn't let me infant crawl around. The shower itself was clean and nice, but the ceiling was moldy and the wall were cracking. January 6, 2016
