Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed and Great Service During my stay here at the hotel, I really enjoy the fact that I was able to get two good nights rest with the comfortable bed and pillows the hotel has. The hotel had great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and I didn't have to drive out to get a bit to eat everything was so convenient at the hotel. The hotel have plenty of parking space for your vehicle as well. February 3, 2016

I had a roach crawling around my desk / coffee maker area in the morning. Not a pleasant site to see. Staff is friendly and the restaurant has good food plis a 25% discount for club members January 31, 2016

I booked this hotel only because I found it to be one of the only Hotels in the New Orleans area that still offered free parking and transportation to the Port for cruises. Upon arrival, I quickly saw that I was very happy that I did book! The staff is super friendly. The front desk worker Keya had a wonderful, cheery personality, and smiled all the time. She was also very professional and very helpful with any questions. Della, the restaurant/bar manager was also very nice. She really made it fun to be at the bar. She was working extremely hard, running the bar and restaurant, but still made time to be with us and talk to us. Simply outstanding the way she balanced all of this! January 31, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good New Orleans Location I grew up in New Orleans, and like the location of the property, relative to the places I go when in town. The hotel is an old Lattie Development office building which has been converted to a Holiday Inn. The layout of the building renders few windows, but affords reasonable spaciousness (especially when renting suites). The plumbing is a bit old, and the showers show this age most notably. The shower curtains need to be redesigned to facilitate a better seal against the front shower wall. All in all, this is where I seek to stay when in the New Orleans area, as it is a good venue.
