Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good hotel with comfortable safe clean rooms arrival at hotel... they allowed us early check was clean / comfortable...area felt safe ...pool was nice bar was a comfortable place to have a drink and we didnt eat but the food looked good....went for breakfast on monday morning only two girls working and one was taking carts of food upstairs for room service so the service was slow....two guys sat down and left before being asked about coffee....the wait was a little long but the food was good...road construction being done outside hotel made travel a little tricky but that is temporary.... overall we will stay again when in the area May 10, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to IHG standards Having experienced on my first visit to this hotel, last December, being given a non smoking room that stunk of stale smoke, which we were moved from, I did not want a repeat, as a COPD sufferer. So this second ( and now the last ) visit I inquired on check in to the disinterested partly competent young male receptionist that the room we were given was smoke odor free, I was assured it was. Having just driven 750 miles from NC, arriving very tired, my wife and I settled in and slept. Waking next morning I detected an odor of stale smoke, as did my wife, this is not a good experience. The hotel should clearly employ Non- Smokers to inspect for violations of their non smoking rooms, not the smokers they clearly do now. It ain't rocket science ! Also make the fine $1,000 and a ban from booking with the IHG group. May 10, 2015

They were booked so I made a reservation at this Holiday Inn based on a recent experience that was pleasant at a Holiday Inn Express. I was completely amazed at the freshness, quality and overall experience. May 6, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff did EVERYTHING they could to make my stay specific to me.... Read on Please thank your staff for the exceptional service and attention. I need to visit this area often over the next year and although my project will be about a 30-40 minute drive from your hotel, I will be making that drive every time I am in NY. Jordan the chef made me a delicious steak dinner that wasn't on the menu. Sylvia/Gisella the bartender gave me excellent service. James and Doris gave me excellent service. (James went to someone's room to get a remote so I could nerd out on my Xbox... Can't change the inputs?!?!) Mike from IT help me connect so I could play and keep my mind off being away from my family. Thank you staff! Please forward this to the Holiday Inn/Suites community as I am a frequent traveler and had gotten away from Holiday Inns but this experience has changed that. Let them know I will start using my rewards club membership a lot more often again because of this location. Sincerely April 29, 2015
