Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by arriving in Naples When we arrived at Naples airport, we could have waited for the shuttle to take us direct to the Holiday Inn however, we decided to take a taxi - the driver was most helpful and informative about the city. When we arrived at the hotel, we were met with quick, efficient and friendly service. We had a room with a fantastic view. The room was made up as a family room however the porter promptly came and removed the camp bed for our convenience. The room was clean and freshly made up but a couple of items from a provious guest had been left in the room. We had a nice evening meal and relaxed with a glass of wine in the restaurant on the terrace. We used the shuttle service to visit the city centre the following day. It is wise to get a note of the times that the shuttle runs as soon as you arrive in order to make the most of this facility and to plan your available time. Staff were helpful and informative on checkout. We would definitely return to this hotel - it was a great start to our holiday. We didn't mind that the hotel was not in the centre - there were cafes and shops around the conference centre and the hotel's location meant that it was quiet enabling a good night's sleep. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bagno in camera e servizio colazione I bagni delle camere sono un po' sacrificati da un punto di vista dei servizi (accessibilità water, doccia in vasca). Da un punto di vista di accessori mi piacerebbe trovare delle ciabatte e qualche accessore in più (tipo cotton fioc e altro). Per la colazione è tutto ok ma mi piacerebbe avere frutta fresca tagliata June 30, 2015

We had a very nice dinner at the restaurant next door (literally, 6' away) and heard from our friends that the hotel restaurant we nice (they ate dinner & breakfast there). The hotel was "full" so it took more than 30-mins to get the elevator to the lobby, and we had to get there REALLY early to get on the FREE shuttle. We (only 2 of us) left the room at 8:15 AM, but weren't together in the lobby until almost 9:00 AM. June 28, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet but reasonably close to city. I was in Naples for 5 nights to see the city and Pompeii/Herculaneum and this hotel served my purposes well. It is on a high-rise office development 3km from the airport and city centre. It is a quiet, traffic free area and I felt safe walking the area. There is a train station 8 mins walk from the hotel. The train leaves every 30 mins and takes 7 mins to Garibaldi station. The hotel has a free shuttle bus that runs to a fixed timetable between the hotel, the airport and Garibaldi station. This is very useful if the times are convenient for you. The restaurant is worth noting as both the service and food were good and I'd like to mention staff members: Carmen, Annalaura and Susi for looking after me well. It is a big hotel (22 floors# and popular with tour groups so can be busy but I never found this a problem in the restaurant as there is a separate room for groups. Reception was sometimes difficult to speak to as they were very busy on occasion. English seems spoken by many staff. My room #17th floor) was comfortable, quiet and not too light in the morning. The bed was comfortable and furniture adequate and in reasonable condition. Bathroom was a reasonable size and the shower adequate. Overall I'd say this is a decent choice if you want somewhere just outside the hectic city with a good restaurant and reasonable transport links. June 20, 2015

The staff was friendly and motivated to make our stay an outstanding experience. Aldo (Restaurant Manager) did an exceptional job of ensuring top-quality food and service. Naples Holiday Inn would do themselves a favor by promoting this very capable manager. June 19, 2015
