Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful hotel We loved our stay in the hotel. The staff was excellent, the room was beautiful, and it was very convenient for walking around the French Quarter. We plan to come back to New Orleans in the future, and we will be staying at the Chateau Lemoyne again! The price was excellent for the area, and I was not expecting the hotel room to actually look as good as the photos online, but it did! November 22, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great French Quarter hotel We were able to walk to everything in the French Quarter. The rooms were very nice. There is a wonderful Bar attached to the hotel. Happy hour is great. $3 Martinis and the fried Calamari is to die for. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the French Quarter. November 22, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location! Bathroom and room needs changes Best price for a very good hotel in a fantastic location. Staff in lobby the best. Price for parking was way too much. Please note I will stay here again. I have suggested to make the following modifications: 1) Add vent fan and towel racks in bathroom 2) Have fridges with temp controls - their fridge freezes can drinks 3) Toilet seat uncomfortable - sharp edges 4) Cabinet that TV sets on has small doors that open up for the fridge and coffee - These doors shut down movement in the room 5) My room overlooked courtyard but window does not open. 6) Drinks in bar cost more than the best restaurants in area. Overall, this place is still the best value in the French Quarter. All of my suggestions, if not corrected, will not stop me from staying there again. The only "problem" is the fridge freezing your drinks. November 21, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Rude, unhelpful front desk staff I expected to pay a high price for a room in the French Quarter, but didn't expect rude, unhelpful service. As a platinum member, I've come to expect front desk staff that try to be helpful. One example: it took over 10 minutes to check my luggage with the bell stand after checkout despite the fact that there were three staff in the immediate vicinity doing nothing. They made it very clear that checking bags wasn't their job. The rooms are very small and the "queen" beds are tiny. You'd be better off staying a few blocks away downtown. November 20, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Manager Ugh I chose this hotel so that I could use my points and stay in the French Quarters. I arrived prior to check (1:00 p.m.) in time and was allowed to check in and was told that I would be text when the suite was available. That was not a problem. It became a problem when 4:00 p.m. rolled around and I was told that the suite would not be available for another hour. I asked to speak to the manager. He informed me that I could take something less than what I reserved that they had plenty of those availble. My response was that I did not reserve something less. I would also mention that there were two other couples that were have the same problem as me with the room not being availble on time. One couple took a lesser room, the other couple went to another hotel up the street. After I called customer service and complained not once but twice with no resolution except to wait. I also told the manager that I did not want a room next to any construction. He told me that there was no construction going on in the hotel. He must not know what goes on in his hotel because the room (not a suite) was right next to a room that had construction going on!! And another issue, after I was given my bonus points instead of the free water, I sat in the lobby waiting for my room/suite I asked if I could have a bottle of water, the manager told me that he already gave my points and that I could not have any water. Really!! One bottle of water for putting me through so much grief is to much to ask?? November 19, 2015
