Loved the location, central to the Falls, and many attractions. FREE Parking is always a bonus. Service and staff was very accommodating. The "Breakcation" Package was outstanding and a good value. The only concern was the speed of the internet and the availability to connect.

This hotel is in a great location and from the outside looks like a great hotel and well maintained. Once inside it was a big let down from what I am use to at IHG properties. If needing to do any work do not count on the internet as the wifi was horrible. And the staff was rude when reporting the issue. Also the bathrooms need a good cleaning and the carpets in the room could also use a good cleaning so you are not stepping on old finger nail clippings. The beds and pillow were comfortable. Prices are a little high but somewhat expected because of the location.

Enjoyed staff very much.
Great location to the falls.
Staff were very attentive to our needs and very quick to resolve any issue we had which were few.
Improvement would be a much more variety choice for the breakfast menu on the package deal....that was very disappointing. We felt like we wished we just stuck with paying our own way.

Nice relaxing place to spend a vacation. Restaurant was good. The entertainment at Coco's seamed popular.

The light fixtures were dusty. The room needs updating to include new lamp , more electrical sockets. The lobby needs better and more updated furniture. The window drapes did not cover the window completely to eliminate light coming in.The patio door had to be closed securely by a bar, lock was worn out! Overall, the room is not worth the money I paid for it. There were no computer and printer available for clients to get boarding pass . Never had this experience in any hotels I have stayed in.

I never heard of an optional tax! They add on DMF tax. I don't know how a tax can be an option if they don't tell you about it. D must be for dumb tax if you pay it. I even asked for hotel mgr to explain but the front desk couldn't find her. I still want an answer about this tax.
