When I walked up to the front desk upon arrival on Friday afternoon Will looked at me and brusquely asked "How can I help you?" When I told him that I was checking in (what else would I be doing with luggage in tow walking up to a hotel reservation desk?) he said just as brusquely "ID and credit card". He swiped my card, handed me back my ID and credit card, and placed a piece of paper in front of me that he asked me to sign. After signing, he handed me my room keys and said "Room 138".
Nothing more. No greeting, no smile, no welcome. It felt like I was being booked at a police station instead of checking into a hotel and I felt very uncomfortable.
If this employee can't bother to assume a professional and welcoming manner at a front desk in a hotel, then WHAT is he doing in that position?
A "welcome" like that will make me seriously reconsider staying there again.

Front desk staff was robotic. Found dirty towel in the bathroom. If there was another hotel choice in the same area would definitely look into it.

We stayed at the hotel for a friends wedding - 3 days in total. Our Executive Suite was roomy and comfortable.
Breakfast was good - $12.95 per person which isn't bad for a breakfast buffet. Eggs, Bacon, French Toast, Home Fries, Corned Beef Hash, Waffles, Assorted bagels, muffins,
