Comment un hotel 4 étoiles peut-il ne pas avoir de double vitrage à proximité d'une autoroute ? Qui plus est, avoir des fenêtres où la poignée a été remplacée par du scotch. C'est totalement inadmissible. De plus, l'agencement est vieillot et la literie laisse à désirer.

The hotel was excellent and the front desk staff outstanding in every way. I had a very poor experience in the restaurant, when, after my meal, a waiter who did not wait on me, confronted me at the elevator and demanded to know if I had signed the dinner ticket. He was extremely rude, interrogating me about a bill from another waiter. I had completed a great day, visiting the wine region and was not going to have my mood destroyed by an incompetent, unprofessional employee. Therefore, I ignored him and went up to my room. I mentioned this event to the front desk staff upon my leaving the hotel and asked that management be told. l never heard from management. On this visit, I had two dinner meals and the entrée was dry and over cooked both nights. I had difficulty getting the waiter's attention, on both nights, to serve me as second glass of wine. It was very difficult to get their attention even though the restaurant was not very busy. I think one waiter was still in a training mode and I have no problem with him. It was the more arrogant, more seasoned one who came close to ruining my otherwise, great experience. The hotel room was perfect and the rest of the hotel excellent, including the morning meal and wait staff.
