Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff We had a great stay at the Port St Lucie Holiday Inn. Greeted by nice accommodating staff who was helpful with our requested early checkin. Fun pool that the kids were able to play in. Room was next to the elevators but I didn't notice any significant increase in noise due to the location. Front desk agent Erika, was very friendly and kind, she knew us by name and was very accommodating. The city unfortunately had a gas outage during our stay, which was out of the control of the hotel, and the staff tried to help as much as possible by trying to get a time that the gas would be turned back on. Erika was very helpful and apologetic for the circumstances and did her best to help. I will stay there again next time I am in the area mostly because of the kind and helpful staff. May 14, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Courteous Staff After the initial problem with another guest having a key for our room was solved the stay was very pleasant. Although all the staff was pleasant there was one young man whose name I don't recall was exceptional with the way he handled our initial problem and I hope is commended for it. Another thing I did not mention that was upsetting in room 510 was the seal between the glass in the windows was broken and the windows were all foggy. I've had this problem at home and know it is and easy fix and getting up in the morning overlooking the pool that was a disappointing site. I don't know how long it's been that way but I think it should be corrected immediately. April 24, 2015
