Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel, great management And no, I don't work for the hotel. I just found it to be so much nicer than some of the other reviewers wrote. Room was clean and quiet, staff did their job, parking was convenient, and the manager was good at conversation. Although we didn't eat in the hotel restaurant, nearby restaurants were excellent; better than I imagined Sacramento to be. Even the in-room coffee was good. February 10, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Improve customer service I have to say I was disappointed with my stay at the Holiday Inn in Rancho Cordova. I usually stay at the downtown location but decided to give this one a try because of the jacuzzi tub. I'll pass next time. First, we went to check into our room around noon. I now this was early but never have had a problem in the past with other locations. We were told that they wouldn't have a room available until check in time of 3 pm. Found out later that check-in time is a 2pm. We were then told that they would call us when a room was ready and never received a call. Then, we paid for the tourist package which included a map of attractions, bottled water in the room, and snack or souvenir. We received nothing. February 2, 2016
