Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointment We stayed in this hotel for graduation at RIT. Naturally, the prices were a bit high, but that is expected due to the demand. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was a true disappointment. Most notably, the pull-out couch had a dark black spot on it and smelled so bad that it was, essentially, unusable. The hotel staff seemed fine while there resolving a minor issue with the bathroom drain. However, we had an additional charge for the restaurant, which we never ate at. We are still dealing with hotel staff on getting this charge reversed. This hotel is the worst IHG hotel I have ever stayed at and I would NOT stay again, even if it was free. June 29, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor experience from repeat guest We have stayed here on business many times but will rethink our options in the future. Our room was poorly cleaned,not vacuumed throughout our stay and dust under the bed was thick! I found prior guest items in one of the drawers. A coffee stir stick remained just under the dresser for the duration of our 5 night stay. Other areas of the hotel showed the same lack of cleaning/vacuuming. Our final morning the bagels in the breakfast area on wing 3 were all moldy. The pitcher of milk was dated 6/4 on 6/8. I wonder if the newer HI marketplace has resulted in lower standards here at the airport. Overall I would not plan to stay at this location again. June 11, 2015

We had two rooms for three generations of family members in Rochester for the 50th anniversary celebration of the 19th Ward Community Association.
