Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by loud fan On the road for work. hotel was easy to get to from I 90 . the area had a good location to find a place to eat, the biggest issue I had was the A/C fan was loud when it kicked in. the building is getting old needs a face lift on the interior. August 19, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Needs Help Getting Guests Checked In Let me start by saying the room was great and the restaurant was excellent. That said, check-in began at noon with many guests from a wedding party trying to check in at the same time. While waiting in a 5-deep line for my turn to check in, the ONLY desk clerk was interrupted multiple times by phone calls. It took more than 15 minutes of waiting in line to get checked in. After getting checked in, and waiting with many other guests in the elevator lobby, hotel staff used many elevator calls to move cleaning carts from the lobby to the basement, then up to the guest rooms while guests waited for the next elevator. I just wanted to sleep. This hotel, during this stay, made it difficult to get to my room. August 19, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Outdated. We travel every week for work and this hotel is probably our least favorite. The property is very outdated, has a musty smell and the staff was usually less than pleasant. The only person I found to be helpful was an older gentleman, possibly a manager/supervisor, who approached me in the pool area and gave suggestions on fun things to do/see in the area. The pool area is huge compared to most, with a large swimming pool and hot tub and activities. The laundry room was nice, clean and affordable. They should really consider a sign out sheet for the pool sticks, golf clubs, etc. because during our stay those items were always missing. It wouldn't be too hard for the front desk to ask for a room number when someone asks to borrow the game room items. Its unfair to other guests when the front desk says 'someone borrowed them and never returned them so you can't play'. The attached bar is nice with good food and drinks. We did not experience the restaurant. August 17, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice hotel - stayed on way through out and back The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. Very busy. Ate at the restaurant two different nights and also had breakfast there both times. the waitress were excellent. The only thing was that the price for the room was more expensive upon on the return trip. Stayed on a Monday night and on a Wednesday night the following week. Questioned this was was told that their rates are always changing. Rates are not listed in the AAA tour books August 15, 2015
