Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great Decor/Poor House Keeping The hotel decor is lovely. However, it is not very clean. The floors and carpets are filthy. The rooms are very dusty and not clean. On the side of the bed under the night stands, there were popcorn seeds and clothing tags under them. There was also an build up of dust. The headboard was covered with dust. I requested an vacuum and vacuumed the room myself. I also bought Lysol and Clorox wipes to clean before, my family and I unpacked our belongings. I requested a new room and was informed, I would be moved within a few hours. That never happened. The lady at the desk never put in the request. The new shift had begun and they were never informed. The front Office Supervisor Sharman was there and very apologetic. She tried to find us another room, but they only had an handicap room available. It didn't work for me. Sharman referred me to the General Manager Shawn Kenworthy. I spoke with the following day. He was very apologetic and made things right for my family and I. Mr. Kenworthy is a gem and I am glad to have meet him. August 1, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by seaworld room not cleaned 60% of stay. (3 of 5 nights) elevators not convenient after being out in 100 degree heat. Wait staff for dinner not just bad .. but unacceptable. I had to go to bar myself to get a drink. Just had 2 drinks but was in the heat all day and needed fluids. I saw 3 other tables that had to do same thing during that one dinner. Never went back for dinner. Hotel advertised swim up bar. Had to walk inside to hotel grill just to get a coke or water for kids (7 years old) had to ask them to get out of pool and come with me. Expectations for a seaworld hotel for vacationers was not what I expected. 1)Dinner bad ... umm okay 2)Rooms not cleaned or requesting towels at 8:00 after being at Seaworld all day .. starting to get mad 3)Ice machine on floor didn't work .. what the heck!! 4)Elevators extremely slow (5 minute wait common) and no access to stairs .... dang it!! just wanna get to room 5)no swim up bar as advertised ... jeeeze, gotta walk 100 yards to get drinks or leave and goto Valero gas station buy a ice chest and drinks and can't leave young ones alone at pool. Not,what I expect from a Hotel that is at Seaworld. July 31, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Elevator nightmare The hotel was recommended by the National Shooting Complex that we were competing at. the first room we had was not vacuumed , there were doggie kibbles on the floor of the bathroom and a half a gallon of milk was left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. There seemed not to enough staff to accommodate the amount of guest staying there. The elevators were slow, even shut down one night and the guest had to wait 45 minutes be shuttled on a freight elevator. We were not allowed to use the stairs. We were not informed about a breakfast bar on the premises until the second day. Over priced- July 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to stay A bit pricey, but needed a local hotel, and unfortunately local is near seaworld. The staff at the front desk couldn't be friendlier, and were quite welcoming. The room was quiet, bed was comfortable, and shower was good and hot. July 13, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay with kids We stayed here for a mini-vacation to Sea World. We have 4 adults and 4 kids. The pools were great and the staff was super helpful. The restaurant didn't make a great first impression, but made up for it in the end by giving us free desserts! Great shuttle service to Sea World too! July 8, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place... My over all experience was great. I would stay again. I will recommend that you all get slightly bigger bottles of shampoo/conditioner and a better brand that would work for a variety of hair types. I didn't care for the breakfast taste but my Lunch/Dinner was excellent. Staff should double check rooms after cleaning to be sure that there was nothing that dropped out of the garbage bags and to assure guest that there is no reason to think the other part of the cleaning of the room is questionable. Every staff that I came in contact with was pleasantly nice, kind, and caring. I especially wanted to mention one of the restaurant staff (Not remembering her name, but she was a young lady that has two sons) she especially made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Thank you for being a Hotel concerned about Quality not just Quantity July 7, 2015
