We needed a safe clean and reliable hotel for the evening and Holiday Inn was perfect. The staff was professional and quickly got us checked in. The room was comfortable and clean. The AC worked great. The bed's and pillows were very comfortable.

This hotel was much nicer than I expected.
The hotel was modern and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We came as a group with High Schoolers and they were very accommodating, including having catered dinners.
The rooms were nice and overall the hotel was very clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

This was the first IHG property in the last 8 years that I have been Platinum and now only Gold status that the first thing the front desk did not say is, thank you Mr Tucker for being a IHG member and then offer me the complimentary points or a snack or water.
Rooms we not available when I arrived that afternoon. They asked me to come back or wait several hours.
I came back that evening and I wasn't offered my preferred room choice, even though the previous front desk staff said that preference would be avalable when I returned.
I had to ask for the pererence that is listed in my profile and I usually receive that preference anywhere I go. It's not completely necessary, but if the staff recognize the preference and do what they can, then that is satisfying enough for me, which did not occur here.
I will not ever choose this location again.

Thermostat broken in room, room keys kept deactivating. Breakfast buffet was very bad, coffee bar took too long and unattended, Bar closed too early and chased out customers and shut off TV's even during a sporting event. I would not return to this property.

Our stay was uneventful, and that was a good thing. We had an enjoyable, relaxing stay. Comfortable and quiet.
