The hotel is good. Staff services and account management is extremely poor. They have blocked the money for the authorization and did not release it even after a month. I am still calling them everyday, but issue is not resolved, no body is helping on that. because, of this, i am unable to use the money blocked by this hotel. Please ensure they don't double charge you and get into a situation like me. If you anyone could help, on getting this resolved would be great. thanks a lot.

Wanting a hotel near Legoland we chose this one and happy with it. Rooms spacious and comfortable but as husband doesn't like lifts we requested a lower floor but ended up on the 8th!! But amazing views compensated for this.
We had room service as usual and food was very good, delivered quickly and was hot. Breakfast just as good. As loyalty card members we received a discount on the room by using our points which made it very good value.
Will go again if in the area but will definitely use Holiday Inns in future.

This Hotel is an easy drive distance to Legoland. Good room configuration for a family of 4. Restaurant and Breakfast buffet Family friendly. Surrounding location a bit "dodgy" but served the purpose for us, for 2 nts stop over for Legoland and Windsor visit.
