I was only in town for one night, but I LOVE my Holiday Inn. I am completely satisfied with their facilities. I feel like they take pride in their properties and put a lot of focus on positive customer service. I have stayed at several Holiday Inn Expresses over the course of 2015 all over the country and I think they are consistent on comfort, cleanliness, and customer care. I haven't been disappointed yet.

Overall good choice of hotel. Close to downtown, subway, and has shuttle to certain points of downtown. Free parking is also another key factor for me to pick this hotel.

This hotel was a short 5 minute ride to the historic sites in Ole Town Boston. Great price for being this close and had FREE parking. They had a free shuttle to most things you wanted to see. Cab fare from ole town sections about 12 bucks if you ride that choice. No free breakfast which we were use to at other Holiday Inn locations. There is a Dunkin Donuts about a block away that you can get breakfast at and a small pizza shop across the street but not much else. You can catch the subway about 3 blocks away but I would be worried about coming back that way if it was real late at night. Rooms were average Holiday Inn. Two computers for use to help find things in Boston. Recommend the Duck Tour first and then go walk the freedom trail. Go to a shop and get a small book that describes each stop on the Freedom Trail. This is a fun walk through Boston. Faneuil Hall Market area has lots of shops and food and is the happening spot to be. Great family day. This hotel fit my budget.
