( The only drawback was the resultant unavailabilty of the fitness center ). Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good, the staff and service outstanding ! Major consideration was the location of this Holliday Inn. We never moved the car.. was able to walk everywhere, and the tour trolley was just a couple blocks away. April 26, 2015

There was no partition between the bedroom and the sofa/living room, also that room was only half painted. This is the only hotel that I have ever stayed in that did not have complimentary breakfast. Your breakfast buffet was priced high - we had to go next door every morning for breakfast. I am sorry for complaining. April 17, 2015

Not like a Holiday Inn Receptionist was too busy looking down at her desk and did not great us or bother to find our reservation which was prepaid by our son as a present. I even asked her if she was having a bad day, but she did not even get my hint. The rest of out stay was perfect just like a Holiday Inn. However we will not stay at this hotel again because the staff we had contact with was not friendly and courteous Even the restaurant person who came to tell us they were closed was not friendly.
