Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Better properties Just not impressed with this hotel. Not long ago it was under a different brand and was a roach motel. Essentially all that was done was to rip out the carpet in the rooms to be replaced with linoleum, put some paint on the walls and vacuum the carpets in the halls. It's shocking to think IHG would actually allow this property to carry their name. May 19, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad experience with Check-in Desk Manager Upon checking in at this hotel, the woman (she said she was the manager) at the check-in desk asked me to show my Entertainment Card for the rate that I had reserved. I was not aware that I had reserved at the Entertainment Book rate, however I am a member and this was noted in my IHG profile. I was 2000 miles from home, and since the Entertainment Book no longer issues a "Card", I offered to prove my membership via my phone app, which is securely logged into and does state that I am a member. The woman told me that she would not accept this as proof and told me that if I did not provide the card by midnight, she would change my rate to the rate in effect for that day, which was almost $100 more. I ended up having a friend back in my home state take a picture of the membership number in the book, again not a 'Card', and text it to me so I could show it to this woman. She accepted the photo as proof and did absolutely nothing with the membership number. When we got into our room, both beds had several hairs in the bed sheets, which is really gross, however we were too upset from the manager's treatment to make any request to rectify this. We cleaned the hairs off the sheets ourselves, and hoped that they were otherwise clean sheets. I will never stay at this hotel again, because of the rude manager. May 18, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Just ok The building was old and in need of many repairs. Room was updated but felt cheaply done. Bed was great and very comfortable. Indoor pool was small and water very cool. Hot tub was very large and hot. There seems to be only 1 elevator that feels very old. It was an ok place to stay overnight. A lot of decent restaurants around. May 11, 2016

Everyone on the staff I encountered was courteous, professional, very respectful and kind to me. I'll be returning in the fall and most definitely will be staying here again. May 11, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by terrible management Room not cleaned two days in a row. restaurant closed since January but nothing updated to indicate it was closed. Front desk personnel not responsive to issues with lack of room cleaning. Coffee shop did not have enough staff to handle the breakfast. Wifi spotty and inconsistent in the rooms. May 2, 2016
