All in all a good stay. Modern comfortable room and pleasant bar and dining area. It is a little way out of town but the cab fare from the hotel was reasonable at £8.
The only down side to our visit was when we arrived back at the hotel and tried to order some hot food delivered to our room. The menu indicated that this could be ordered up until 10pm. We phoned at 9.50 and were told we would not be served. When I asked why I was told "The chef says no".
I was too tired to argue but this put a bit of a dampner on our visit.

I have now stayed at the Holiday Inn in Kingston a number of times and am always glad to return. Professional and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Delicious food in the dining room and plenty of choice at breakfast.
The location is also very good as Surbiton Station is a short walk away.
Security is very good and my impression is that this is also a popular venue for locals as the bar is often full as is the dining room in the evening.
I have always been very impressed with this hotel as it has a certain feel to it which I put down to good management.

We always enjoy our stays at this hotel but there are just a couple of things that would make it even more comfortable.
The duvet provided in the Executive rooms is too small for the bed. We always have to ask for another duvet; perhaps larger duvets in the first place would be more sensible.
The chair provided in the room must be the most uncomfortable ever designed. These need to be changed (suggest you see Basildon Holiday Inn for inspiration)
Overall, however, well done!!!
