Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Average Hotel -- This was just average. We arrived to a musky smelling room. It smelled like someone had smoked in it and they tried to cover it. We had a family of five and they only gave us 3 towels. The pool was nasty, so nasty that I could not let my children get in it. The bed was ok, the shower was decent. The air in the room was not sufficient to cool the room. We had it turned all the way down, and the room was still warm. I love Holiday Inn, but I was very disappointed in this one. June 23, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional service I stayed at this hotel the night prior to cruising out of Port Canaveral. It was nicely appointed and updated. The staff was absolutely wonderful. We experienced a slight smell in the hallways that seemed to come from outside and the bed was hard, but we found the hotel to be a great value. We had breakfast included with our stay and while it was okay for free I would've been upset if we had payed for it. I'd go to the Cracker Barrel out front next time. An added benefit was a 40% parking coupon for cruise parking! Be sure to ask about it if driving to the port. June 22, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet and comfortable Clean hotel. Staff seemed to be preoccupied with each other or other business whenever I went to the desk. Overall, the property seemed nice but there were several maintenance issues. Ice machine broken. Staff had to get ice from the restaurant. REALLY annoying flickering lights in the small elevator. Pool out of service one morning. It's a Florida vacation, keep the pool ready, please. June 19, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk was helpful The front desk was nice and the restaurant food was good. The hotel needed many things fixed and maintenance was never there. We did not have a working ice maker all were out of order on each floor. We gym only had 2 pieces of equipment that was not out of order. The pool was full of black mold and newspapers at the bottom with bugs floating on top. The first room we were in had a leaking air conditioner and the rug was soaked and the toilet did not have water and could not flush. Front desk found us another room to move to. I did have to find housekeeping for more toilet paper because we only had 1 roll and it did run out. The staff that was there was very nice and tried there best for what they had to work with.
