I've found I always sleep best on the Holiday Inn beds and so for the last 8 months I've been loyal to this chain and have stayed in Holiday Inns from Niagara Falls to Kingston. This is the first time I've been so disappointed in a Holiday Inn hotel. It started with the staff at the front desk, Naidi was so incredibly UNfriendly, bordering on rude. We were allowed an early checking (we arrived barely an hour early) but made to feel that we were HUGELY inconveniencing this man. Upon arriving at our floor, the cleaning staff was still working, but bags of garbage were on the floor and a few cleaning rags which had fallen off the staff's cart. This did not leave a good impression and left me wondering if those cleaning rags were going to be used to "clean" a room after they have been on the floor in the hallway. Even though our room had already been cleaned and the staff had moved several doors down the hall, we were short towels and missing soap and shampoo. I don't understand why the cleaning staff would move on to the next room without completing our room first. The room was nice, but there was a hole in the bathroom next to the toilet with a copper pipe poking through, this is rather disappointing for a Executive-King room. Also there were several lightbulbs burnt out in the bathroom and the room. Finally the toilet wasn't flushing properly and on Sunday we had to have maintenance come and snake out our toilet. I would expect the cleaning staff to notice a slow toilet and burnt out bulbs - the bulbs are purely unacceptable. In closing, I understand this is an older location, but it needs some work, especially with the staff. October 8, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Suprisingly quiet room for being so close to the airport The room was very quiet and dark, and the beds must have been new as they and the pillows were very comfortable. Our only complaint is the $15 daily parking fee... this hotel has a massive parking lot completely surrounding the building, and while we were there it was mostly empty... seemed odd to be charged for parking as such. I spend about 9 months here in Mexico and stay the night before leaving and the night when I get back.
