My visit was for a medical procedure at a Local Hospital. The friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and comfort of room, and the awesome buffet breakfast and ease of room service helped make the stay comfortable.
The only concern I had was that the windows - outside were clean, but the inside windows had not been cleaned. The window that opened, obviously, has not been cleaned in years - as it is nearly black.
When ordering Room Service, I found that the menu inside the binder had not been changed recently, as it contained "Santa Shakes". Upon ordering a meal and discussing with the Room Service Staff, they did provide me with the item I was looking for - a simple BLT. I advised the Front Desk on checkout about this and she was going to pass onto her manager.

Front desk gave my guest a hard time and wouldn't even allow him to check in although his name was attached to the reservation. The night audit agent is always the most understanding and gives the best service.

Excellent hotel confortable et très bien situé.
Très bonne qualité de restauration dans ses restaurants et lors des petits déjeuners.
Les points négatifs : la climatisation était bloquée et ce fut difficile voire impossible de la modifier. Aucun personnel ne parlait français et l'anglais est vraiment indispensable. Idem lors de l'excursion à Niagara Falls, un peu surprenant avec Montréal aussi proche.
