let me tell you that this is a shame of a hotel from the brand Holiday Inn, it doesn't deserve one single star. Mostly was our of service. Cheap quality room.

The staff is not well trained, they don't know the answers to general questions (example, where are the light switches for this area?).
Bathrooms in the common areas were not working correctly and after asking the staff, they weren´t fixed).
Common areas are no well taken care by the staff, you have to go to the bar/restaurant/front desk to get a drink, something to eat or just ice.
The ice machine in the corridor doesn´t work and the staff sends you to the bar or tells you to call the front desk or the restaurant to get ice.
