Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nice place to sleep I went with my family to go on a getaway to visit COSI and the Columbus Zoo, which both were amazing. We needed a place to stay for one night. We did not take advantage of the many services available in the hotel, so i can not say anything negative or positive to that matter. but the things we did use were the pool and the rooms. the pool was really nice, but however the temperature was pretty cold. we were warned on this issue by a sign on the door going to the pool. the rooms on the other hand were pretty nice and quiet and dark at night. i can not think of much negative to say towards the rooms. they were clean and neatly straightened up. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Functional Like all Holiday Inns, the rooms are standard, comfortable, and clean. Nothing fancy but the internet is solid and the rooms have all the basics. This particular hotel is a bit odd in its layout. If you're there for a conference/workshop that uses the conference rooms, I hope your room is close to that end. Otherwise you'll have an endless walk through loooonnnngg hallways that only lead to the main rooms if you're on the second floor. Your key card will only open the outside entrances on your end of the building and there are simply times when you realize "I can't get there from here." During my stay, the pool heater wasn't working but it looked nice. The food is average at best but the staff is very friendly and very accommodating. May 21, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lousy cleaning of room and inadequately providing necessities. We stayed 5 nights and each of those nights encountered a different issue.....from a refrigerator that didn't work to no toilet paper or tissue. The dust-ruffle on the bed was filthy. May 18, 2015
