Terms & Conditions

Government Rate discount is limited and subject to availability. Some restrictions apply. Valid at participating resorts only. Villas are limited and subject to prior sale. Must book Government Rate to receive discount. Government discounts are not available with room rates negotiated for groups of 10 or more, travel industry rates, employee rates or any other discounted rates. Program terms and participating resorts are subject to change without notice. All reservations require prepayment of the first night’s room and tax at time of booking. Once a reservation is confirmed, your credit card will be charged between time of booking and day of arrival for the first night.

You will be required to acknowledge that you have read the above prepayment and cancellation policy when making your reservation.

Government ID must be presented at check-in. Without proper ID, discount cannot be given.
