Please see previous comments. I have already provided feedback on my stay. Overall stay was great, just the process of trying to get consumers to become timeshare owners was a nightmare.

Not sure if it was because of all the rain but the grounds seems not as clean. Service at one of the restaurants was extremely slow. Pool were great but felt too much like a community pool rather than a resort. Had an issue with room cleaning staff. On the day we left, we went to the pool very early (8:30) and packed our luggage in the car but left cold food items and a cooler to come back for. When we returned 5-10 minutes before check-out time (10 AM), the room was cleaned and they were working on the kitchen. Needless to say many of our items were ruined. They said since they didn't see luggage that they thought we had left. Not sure about you but, I don't think they should have even entered the room until it was check-out time.

The resort itself is good. It's a large resort with nice driveways and grounds.However you'll need your own transport or have to use the resort shuttle to get around, unless you like long walks.
There are 2 18 hole Golf Courses and 2 9 hole courses that are good to play but not in top condition (may be the time of year). There is a good Golf Academy but tuition is somewhat expensive.
The villas are nice, fairly spacious and well equipped but could do with a bit better cleaning. Also they need to be more pro-active at keeping the bugs and cockroaches down.
There are several nice pools, the biggest being the Lazy River area. However having paid a fair amount to stay here I object to being charged for the rings at Lazy River. The main pools have Gyms nearby which are fairly well equipped, especially now that Mussels has been updated.
Biggest problem though are the noise levels around the main pool areas. Overly loud, moronic music is played pretty much all day long, it's often at disco club levels. This made it impossible for me to relax and unwind and anyone wanting a relaxing holiday should go elsewhere, as I will be doing next year.
The other issue is the staff and service. Although some are friendly and helpful there are others that are not. This is especially evident if you have a complaint or a problem. Contacting Resort Services is pretty much a waste of time - despite their hype they really don't want to know or just pay lip service to any negative feedback or complaints.
Also as an IHG Spire Elite member I got zero welcome or recognition on arrival, which didn't impress me at all.
