The resort was pretty good..there was some remodeling going on to units by us...workers started at 7 am so heard a little noise. Nice villas. They will ask you to attend 90 min. presentation to buy into their timeshares. We were there nearly 3 hrs. (our fault on that). Wasn't a very good experience as one of their folks wasn't very respectful when he saw we weren't buying anything. you don't have to attend the presentation. We won't in the future..even for their $100 cash for doing it! October 21, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean resort, great pools Didn't enjoy the hard sell by timeshare investment staff as part of the check in process. We were tired after a long drive and just wanted the keys. Great clean apartment, but be warned if you are placed on the 3rd floor, there are no elevators. A nice resort, with lovely pools, but a distance from the Strip if you want to dine out etc. We spent a fortune on taxis to get around. The resort does offer free buses, but times are several hours apart at times so doesn't always suit. October 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another Visit This is our 6th or 7th time visiting this resort. It has only just become a Holiday Inn Resort in the past couple of years and it is quite apparent that they are working very hard to make necessary improvements. Usually I have nothing negative to say, but this time I must comment on the housekeeping staff who could not understand a word I said and I could not understand them. As an example we ran out of dishwasher soap and I requested more, I was given laundry soap. Then I requested an extra blanket for the sofa bed and received pillow cases, then a mattress cover. I finally asked the pool guy (who we have met on previous visits) what we needed and he said he would take care of it, and he did. I have nothing against multilingualism, but a bit of English in a predominantly English speaking country should be a prerequisite for hiring. Just saying. Other than those couple of frustrating incidents our holiday was once again amazing and we will be back no doubt. October 13, 2014
