How can I sign into my account online?

You can call your nearest Priority Club® Rewards Service Center or email us  to retrieve your membership number.

I have forgotten my PIN. How can I retrieve it?
Simply go to the Priority Club Rewards home page , enter the email address we have on file for you and click Need/Forgot PIN#. Our system will automatically email your PIN to you at that email address.

You may change your PIN online after signing into your Priority Club Rewards account and clicking on "Personal Information".

I cannot find my Priority Club Rewards card. Can I get a new one?
Yes. Just sign into your account, go to  Member Materials page  and print a new card. You can begin using it immediately.  Or, you can choose Request New Card if you wish to get a plastic card which will be sent to your address within 2-4 weeks.

How often will I receive a Priority Club Rewards eStatement?
You will receive your account activity in a bi-monthly eStatement. If you do not wish to receive these, please update your email subscription in Communication Preferences .

How do I update my email, account information and/or preferences?
Sign into your account and go to Personal Information  to update your account information.  If you wish to update your email address and set your travel preferences, please go to My Travel Profiles.

How do I deposit point vouchers online?
Go to our Point Voucher redemption page  and enter your Priority Club Rewards number and voucher number.

Can I purchase Priority Club points?
Priority Club points can be purchased in 1,000 point increments, up to a maximum of 40,000 points in a rolling calendar year. For detailed information on costs, increments amounts, and additional terms and conditions, simply sign into your account and go to the Account Status page .

Can I transfer points to my family and friends?
Priority Club points can be transferred to another Priority Club member in 1,000 point increments for $5 USD per 1,000 points. There is no limit to the number of points a member can transfer or receive. Click to Transfer points now . For cost, increments amounts, and additional terms and conditions, go to the Account Status page . For additional assistance, you may call the Priority Club® Rewards Service Center.

How do I become a Priority Club Gold member?
Priority Club Rewards Gold membership will be awarded to you if you have a minimum of 15 nights at qualifying rates or if you earn at least 20,000 points during a calendar year. Once you have earned Gold Elite membership status in any calendar year, you will maintain such status through the end of the following calendar year. You may also purchase a Gold membership for a fee of $50 USD. Gold memberships that are purchased are only valid for the duration of the calendar year in which they are purchased. How do I become a Priority Club Platinum member?
Priority Club Rewards Platinum membership will be awarded to you if you have a minimum of 50 nights at qualifying rates or if you earn at least 60,000 points during a calendar year. Once you have earned Platinum Elite membership status in any calendar year, you will maintain such status through the end of the following calendar year. I lost my Priority Club Rewards card, how can I get a new one?
If you have lost or misplaced your Priority Club Rewards card, you can easily print a new one. Just visit the Priority Club Rewards Member Materials  section of your Priority Club Rewards Account to obtain a new member card.
