We stayed overnight with four small children. We've squished into traditional hotel rooms many times before, so the suite experience felt luxurious in comparison. The kids had their own room, and we
were blown away by the size and functionality of the kitchenette in the suite.
We arrived at 4pm on the day of check-in, so the complimentary dinner was a wonderful surprise - it made our evening so much easier not to have to locate food as soon as we checked in! The breakfast was equally great - however it would be nice to make both meals easier to take up to the suite. It's nice to sit in a private area to eat sometimes.
For booking, I initially tried to call the 1-866 number I found online. It was terrible. The wait was annoying, and the representative tried to book us into two rooms because of the number of guests, even though I explained that we were looking for a suite because we have small children. I actually hung up on him and booked on the website, which was a breeze. [Less]
