car park
By Antiques1
We were disappointed to be charged £5.00 to park our car. There was no mention of this on the booking form, if there was we did not notice it. Suggest the cost of parking the car should be included [More] in the initial quote for the room! It wouldn't have stopped us using this hotel but would have been nice to know the the actual cost of our stay would cost more. [Less]
Another excellent stay
By Daffyd Alun
Once again an excellent experience at this hotel. Clean comfortable room and excellent customer service from a very able team under the very competant leadership of Dan, the acting AGM. [Less]

Excellent and convenient, very attentive staff, good food and great service [Less]
Ideal for short break
By Solo1962
I booked this hotel on the spur of the moment having previously stayed in a local Holiday Inn for business purposes. This was in an ideal location as there was ample parking and it was a short walk [More] into the town centre. The room was comfortable and clean, Wi-Fi was reliable and breakfast was fair. Staff were friendly and efficient, I just wish they would smile more and speak a bit more slowly when you've travelled a long distance to get there! I would stay there again. [Less]
Great choice in Bath for hotel
By ionicquest
This was a great place to stay in Bath, just far enough out of the main city for quiet and peaceful walk to and from the main area. Loved the front desk staff as they were so willing to help in any [More] way. [Less]
Great location

Fabulous two days
By JonH1969
The hotel was a fabulous place to stay with links to the motorway. The staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. The rooms were really comfortable as was the bar and the resturant. If [More] you want to stay somewhere that is affordable at the same time as giving a little luxery, this is the pace for you. [Less]
great value
By showers1
We booked DBB and the carvery evening meal was of great value. The qualitity of the food and it presentation was a real credit to the hotel. Likewise breakfast had everything you could ask for. Our [More] room was quiet and comfortable. If I had to find a small deficiency it was the lighting in our room. It was hard to read in bed.. [Less]
Great room comfy and clean.
By RoyBoy321
We arrived to a good welcome recognised by the catering Manager and greeted well. Did not flash my gold card so not given the options of IHG club. (My fault should be more pushy) Great Galla dinner [More] and a leisurely stay. Breakfast was good and ample parking. Overall a good venue. [Less]
